Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 and authorized to bind your business. You are responsible for anything that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us at support@service.ai if you suspect unauthorized use.

Service AI reads publicly available information about your restaurant and generates suggested marketing actions ("Output"). Output is a recommendation, not professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing Output before publishing anything under your brand.

You retain ownership of information you provide and of content posted from your connected accounts. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate the Services. You represent that you have the rights to use any information, menu, imagery, or account credentials you supply.

Do not use the Services to violate law, infringe intellectual property, harass anyone, send spam, post misleading content, or attempt to break, probe, or reverse engineer the Services.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Prices are shown on our pricing page. You may cancel any time and will retain access through the end of the paid period. Fees paid are non-refundable except where required by law. Founding rates apply only while your account remains in continuous good standing.

The Services integrate with third-party platforms (for example Instagram, Google Business, review sites, and payment processors). Your use of those platforms is governed by their terms. We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms, including account suspensions or content removals.

Output is generated by machine learning models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific situation. You must review and approve Output before it is published. Service AI does not guarantee any specific business result, revenue, or engagement outcome.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms or if continued service would create legal or security risk. On termination, your right to use the Services ends and we may delete associated data after a reasonable retention period.

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Service AI's total liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless applicable law entitles you to a different forum.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced through the Services or by email. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
